Our daughter often complained about growing pains, at least once a week. We looked into gelatin and learned that it could help with them so I started making her gelatin cubes and now she rarely complains about pain and she loves to eat it.

We Make it like this...

  • 10 cups of Juice

  • 10 Tbs of Gelatin

  • 2/3 cup of Sugar

This makes a big tray of cubes. Just heat up 1/2 of the juice (don't boil it) When it gets hot stir in the gelatin and sugar until it's dissolved. Then add the rest of the juice. Strain and pour it into a baking dish.

Refrigerate and cut into cubes.

Google said it can last in the fridge up to 7-10 days.
